Public Assistance Technical Assistance Contracts [subcontractor to Emergency Response Program Management Consultants (ERPMC)]
This 5-year nationwide contract provides Technical Assistance support to perform disaster related operations. Services include architect-engineer, consultant, and other related professional services to FEMA and its Regional counterparts in Regions I - X to support such program areas as the Public Assistance Program, the Fire Management Assistance Grant Program, the Community Disaster Loan program, and Individual Assistance programs.
Support will cover all types of disasters with emphasis on Riverine and coastal flooding, tornadoes, hurricanes, typhoons, earthquakes, and tsunamis.
Specific support to be provided under this contract include:
- Pre-Operations Planning;
- Preliminary Damage Assessments;
- Preparation of Project Worksheets;
- Cost Estimating;
- Technical Expertise to Address Insurance Considerations;
- Hazards Mitigation Technical Support;
- Technical Expertise Related to Appeals Submitted by Applicants;
- Technical Expertise Related to Flood Plain Management Requirement;
- Technical Expertise Related to Environmental Considerations;
- Technical Expertise Related to Historical Preservation Considerations;
- Technical Expertise Related to Review of Financial Analyses of Proposed Projects;
- Technical Expertise Related to the Preparation of FEMA Informational Material;
- Technical Expertise Related to the Development of Customer Surveys;
- Technical Expertise Related to Training Requirements;
- Technical Expertise Related to Debris Operations;
- Technical Expertise Related to GIS;
- Technical Expertise Related to Project Management;
- Technical Expertise Related to Other Stafford Act Programs; and
- Technical Expertise Related to Disaster Closeout Activities
